Shipping policy

This policy explains how Taahi Foods ships orders placed on this website, how long delivery takes and what to do if something is wrong with your delivery.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India to addresses that our courier partners can reach. If your pincode cannot be served, you will see this at checkout or we will contact you about your order.

Order processing

  • We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days of a confirmed payment. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
  • Orders placed on a holiday or after business hours are processed on the next working day.
  • You get an email or message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. These dates are estimates and can change because of weather, strikes, festivals or courier delays.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link we send you to follow your parcel. If you have not received tracking details within 4 working days of paying, write to us with your order number.

Delivery attempts and wrong addresses

Please give a complete address and a phone number that works. The courier will try to deliver and may call you. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or because nobody is reachable, the parcel may come back to us, and we will contact you about sending it again. Extra shipping may apply in that case.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened or does not match your order, or if it has not arrived within the expected time, write to us as soon as possible with your order number and, where you can, photos of the parcel and the items. We will look into it and tell you what we can do. See our Refund and cancellation policy for refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.
